Minimalist Interior Design Project in Banani, Dhaka – VANITY Residence

In 2022, we completed a premium interior design project for VANITY, located in the upscale neighbourhood of Banani, Dhaka. Spanning 1850 square feet, this apartment presented the perfect opportunity to blend luxury with refined simplicity. The client envisioned a space that felt timeless and sophisticated, so we chose a minimalist interior design approach to deliver elegance without excess.

From the start, we consulted closely with the owner to understand his family’s functional needs and personal preferences. Each room was thoughtfully designed to serve both comfort and aesthetics. We curated custom furniture tailored to the space, ensuring each piece complemented the clean lines and uncluttered feel of the overall design.

We used cool, calming colour palettes paired with soft, ambient lighting to create a soothing environment. This combination enhances the serenity of the space, allowing each area to feel airy and open while still feeling luxurious. Every element, from textures to tones, plays a deliberate role in reinforcing the apartment’s cohesive design language.

The open living areas are visually connected but clearly defined, making it easy to host guests while still maintaining a sense of privacy in personal zones. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms all follow the same minimalist design philosophy—prioritising function, fluidity, and elegance.
